There are always cottages for sale at Maple Grove. Some of these are Camp owned and others privately owned. Cabins vary in size and condition from small cabins with no improvements to full winterized homes. Prices vary accordingly. Cottages for sale start as low as $1,000.00. Owners lease the land which can vary in size from an "A" lot to a "C" lot.

IMPORTANT: A lot lease application must be completed and approved before any purchase agreements are made. A Cabin Transfer Form must be completed at the office before the transaction is completed.
