Camp Office

As you enter Maple Grove the camp office is on the right. This is a place where you can get information about the camp and your stay with us, register for family camp, report necessary information or make your needs known. Our courteous staff are there to assist you in whatever way is needed.

Playground Equipment

Maple Grove has two areas of plaground equipment for the children. Pictured to the right is our "jungle jim". Associated with it are swings and slides as well. At the front of the camp is our other playground for our children which is enclosed by a fence for safety.

Craft Centre

One of Maple Grove's greatest facilities is the one which God has given us directly: Nature! We are fortunate to have many acres of wooded land and a creek that runs through the property. Children and adults alike spend much time at the creek learning about all the "critters" that make up this natural enviroment. Crawfish hunting is a favorite along with wading in the pond and trying to catch minnows.

Washrooms and Showers

Due to recent improvements here at Maple Grove over the last few years many of our cottages and buildings now have fully functioning bathrooms. For those who are tenting or have cottages that do not, public washroooms and showers are available in three convenient locations. The locations are indicated on the camp map. As well as the two shown on the map there is also facilities at the pool.

Camp Store

The general store has a variety of goods available to for those attending Maple Grove, including household items for cabiners and campers. For the kids of all ages, it is also known as the 'Candy Store', for it's selection of candy. On a hot summer afternoon an icecream bar and a coke along with some friends on the patio in front of the store is just a perfect memory to take home with you.

Craft Centre

For many years, the craft centre has been the source of exploring creativity and creation of unique crafts. Everyone likes to make their own creations. At the craft centre, the opportunity is there to be creative and give little fingers a chance to see what they can do.

Nursery

For many of the camps and conferences there will be nursery care provided. Maple Grove has several facilities that can accomodate that need. In this photo is a newly renovated nursery building used for babies and toddlers during meetings.
