To register for Discovery, Adventure or Teen Camps please follow these 4 steps:

1. Read Registration Information and Liability Disclaimer.
2. Fill out completely the Registration Application and submit it.
3. Fill out the Health Form completely and submit it.
4. Fill out the Financial Information Form and submit it. (This Page)

Due to the fact that to-date we have not been able to make this a "secure site" we do not recomend sending us your creit card information over this connection. Until we are able to sort this out, we suggest that you make payment to Maple Grove by mail. Cash payments or debit may be made at the office. Please do not send us cash by mail.
