All people attending Family Camp must register. You may register directly over the internet by filling out the on line page and send it electronically, or you may download this form, fill it out and mail it in.

To register for Discovery Camp, Adventure Camp or Teen Camp, follow these steps:

6. Print all downloads, fill out and sign all forms.
